Whenever you are receiving packages through FedEx from other countries to India, some issues could happen which might cause delays in the delivery. FedEx incidentally asks for KYC documents and checks the documents even before the package lands in India to reduce delays. But in one case, I saw that the name was misspelled and this started causing delays for my delivery.

FedEx did reach out to me to submit the valid documents but all they provided via email was some vague reason for rejecting the KYC documents. They kept mentioning that the letter had to be submitted to the customs to rectify the name misspell issue but there were no templates to be found.

I drafted a letter, signed it, and submitted it to the KYC portal of FedEx only to be rejected 5 times for one reason or another. They kept on rejecting saying you have to add this, change that, etc, and never gave me a template to work on. But finally, after so many trials and errors, my letter was accepted. I am attaching the same letter which you will have to fill in the details, take the printout, and sign it. Then upload the same to the FedEx KYC portal.

I hope this helps you and makes it easier for you to receive your package.
